We have immense potential to undertake a conscious spiritual journey. When we make a choice to do so, we access greater awareness of our life’s purpose and the karmic lessons we are here to learn. You have a special purpose here, and unlocking that purpose can lead to peace, clarity, and connection.

Coaching begins with an assessment of how you want to grow personally and spiritually. This often involves looking at how the past, including past or past life traumas have carried into the present. We may work with Divination tools such as Oracle cards or use powerful techniques such as guided meditation.

These help connect and illuminate things that you know, but may not be consciously aware of.

We may also call in your own angels or guides to strengthen the experience. The choices are endless – the best way to understand coaching is to experience it.

Spiritual coaching allows us to access deeper parts of ourselves, connecting with our inner self and tapping into our innate wisdom to create the life we are meant to live. It also enriches our lives and strengthens our spiritual and intuitive processes. A la carte or coaching services:

  • Karmic Cord Cutting; De-cording

    We unconsciously create cords that bind us to past karma and toxic relationships patterns. If you are stuck, you may need to cut these cords. We will identify karmic cords and use mediation to let go. We may also call upon Archangel Michael to assist. This session allows you to break free from feeling stuck and to resolve toxic people from your past.

  • Accessing Spirit Guides

    We all have spirit guides, spirit animals, guardian angels, and beings that have been with you in this and other lifetimes. They provide guidance and protection. This session will allow us to connect with your spiritual guides in order to access deeper levels of intuition and understanding.

  • Opening the Heart Meditation

    Of all the chakras, the heart or anahata chakra can be blocked, which can influence our ability to give and receive love. Through a combination of crystals and guided meditation, we will unblock and open this important channel, leaving you open to increased connection and more love in your life.

  • Guided Meditation

    Guided meditation is a state of relaxed concentration that uses voice and/or music to support your specific goals. Learn how to meditate in this specifically tailored experience. This imaginal process can also help with grounding and mindfulness to improve focus and enhance spiritual connection.

  • Inner Child Work

    Many of us have experienced emotional wounds during our childhood, and we create walls of protection to keep these parts of us hidden. Clues to this include a lack of spontaneity, perfectionism, emotional constriction, and self-sabotage. The good news is that we can reclaim these split off parts of ourselves. Let me help you reclaim your joyous self.

  • Chakra Balancing

    The chakras are our body’s energy centers. They provide us with a sense of stability, centeredness, confidence, love for self and others, communication, and sense of spiritual connection. When chakras are open, energy runs freely, harmonizing mind, body and spirit. In this session, we may use pendulums, meditation, singing bowls, and crystals to allow you to move past energetic blockages, leaving you refreshed and alive.
