It’s all too easy to put yourself down. Taking steps to heal self doubt can be life changing. Join us in opening the anahata (heart) chakra to increase your ability to be self-compassionate. We'll discuss what events, past and present, block our ability to be self-compassionate. Through a combination of meditation and chakra opening we’ll focus on the middle (self-love) and upper (Divine love and compassion) chakras. Crystals help direct and focus our energy even more intently.
If you are unfamiliar with crystals, this is a chance to learn more about some very special ones, and to connect this to how we feel about ourselves. What is unconditional love? Learn more from Rose Quartz and Rhodonite. How can we see more clearly and recognize our own worth? Perhaps you need more Jade. You will also learn to sense the energy of the crystals you choose, and which help you amplify your intentions. We'll create a crystal grid, which is a visual reminder of what you are working on changing. Throughout the workshop, we'll be harnessing the power of affirmations, and program our crystals as tools of self-love.
The session will conclude with an angelic meditation, as you begin to see your own beauty through the eyes of Divine Love.
Please bring a journal with you to use as you feel called. All participants will receive a list of possible crystals to bring for their grids, but be feel free to be creative. You will also receive a programmed crystal that is yours to take home and enjoy.

Past Lives: A Key to Healing and Exploration

In this session we will discuss past lives and set the intention to journey to a past lifetime. Using a combination of sound and essential oils, we will invoke your Higher Self, guardian angel and spirit guides, to accompany you on the journey. We will explore the past life you access and also journey the the place between lifetimes, the place your soul awaited its next incarnation. In this in-between place, we ask your subconscious mind to heal any wounds from that past life and to return you to wholeness.
Our session concludes with time for journaling and reflection, as well as sharing.
Through this work we come to understand the eternal nature of the soul, journeying through lifetimes to accomplish its own divine purpose.
Please bring anything you need to be comfortable, including a mat, pillow and eyeshades as well as a notebook or journal.
